Terms of Service

Non-Refundable Digital Item. Ikuzi is a digital product. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstance unless the issue is completely on our end and we have validated it. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying a non-refundable digital item.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing, or using any services, software, products, or resources provided by Ikuzi ("Ikuzi", "we", "our", or "us"), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Service Usage

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Ikuzi's services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules within their jurisdiction. You agree to use our services responsibly and not engage in any activity that may harm, disrupt, or negatively impact our systems, operations, or other users.

3. User Accounts & Access

Any account, license, subscription, or access credential issued by Ikuzi is intended solely for the original purchaser. Sharing, reselling, lending, transferring, or otherwise distributing access is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials. Ikuzi is not responsible for losses, damages, or unauthorized activity resulting from compromised accounts or shared access.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Ikuzi reserves the right to modify pricing, plans, or product availability at any time without prior notice.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that all sales are final and subject to this Refund Policy. Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversed transactions initiated after purchase may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and license without notice.

5. Screen Checks, Unloading & Trace Responsibility

Ikuzi is a software, not a guarantee of anonymity. You are solely responsible for the state of your machine at the time of any screenshare, PC check, or manual inspection. Ikuzi can only protect what it is actively loaded and configured to protect.

Before entering any screenshare or check, you are required to:

• Fully unload Ikuzi and any associated software using the documented unload procedure before the check begins
• Clear third-party software, launchers, injectors, logs, shortcuts, downloads, recycle bin entries, and any other artifacts not covered by Ikuzi
• Close all overlays, capture tools, remote-access tools, and background utilities
• Follow the setup and pre-check instructions provided to you by our support team without modification

NOTICE: Failure to unload before a check, running unsupported or third-party software alongside Ikuzi, ignoring provided instructions, or leaving traces outside of Ikuzi's coverage is user error. Any resulting ban, kick, blacklist, or account loss is not a product failure and does not qualify for a refund, replacement, reset, or compensation of any kind.

Ikuzi makes no representation that a user who is checked while Ikuzi is loaded, misconfigured, or accompanied by unsupported software will pass that check. Outcomes of screenshares and manual inspections are outside our control and are accepted by you as your own risk.

6. Association with Leakers

Ikuzi reserves the right to deny sale, suspend, or permanently revoke access to any user who is connected to, associated with, or friends with any individual known to leak, redistribute, resell, or otherwise harm Ikuzi's products, operations, or community.

ZERO TOLERANCE: This includes, but is not limited to, Discord friendships, shared servers, direct messages, voice calls, or any ongoing communication with known leakers. If your associations put Ikuzi at risk, your license may be terminated without notice or refund.

PROTECTIVE ACTION: In cases where a user is confirmed to be connected with a leaker or involved in unauthorized distribution, Ikuzi reserves the right to take protective countermeasures, including but not limited to remotely disabling, locking, or rendering inoperable any device, loader, account, or license tied to that activity, to the extent technically possible and legally permissible.

You are responsible for the company you keep. Being "just a friend" or "only in the same server" is not a valid defense if the connection is used to obtain, share, or facilitate leaks of Ikuzi's intellectual property.

7. License Transfers

All Ikuzi licenses are issued to the original purchaser and are non-transferable for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, deciding to stop playing FiveM, being banned on a server, changing your Discord account, or any other personal circumstance.

NO EXCEPTIONS: We do not transfer, reassign, rename, or migrate your license to another person, account, or identifier under any circumstances, even if requested. Any attempt to sell, trade, gift, or share your license will result in immediate termination without refund.

If you lose access to your license due to a ban, account change, or any reason outside of Ikuzi's control, you must purchase a new license at the current listed price.

8. Restricted Conduct

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using our services
• Attempt to bypass, interfere with, or compromise the security of our systems
• Reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute, or resell our products without written authorization
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with our services in an unauthorized manner
• Engage in activity that disrupts, damages, or negatively affects Ikuzi or its users

9. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All software, branding, graphics, content, trademarks, documentation, and related materials provided by Ikuzi remain the exclusive property of Ikuzi or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred through the purchase or use of our services. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

10. Service Disclaimer

Ikuzi provides all products and services on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, compatibility, performance, accuracy, or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties, whether express or implied, are disclaimed.

11. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Ikuzi, its owners, staff, affiliates, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of, inability to use, or performance of our products or services. Your use of Ikuzi's services is entirely at your own risk.

12. Suspension & Termination

Ikuzi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently revoke access to any service, account, or product at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if a user violates these Terms or engages in behavior deemed harmful to Ikuzi, its operations, or its community.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any legal dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Updates to These Terms

Ikuzi may modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
